A Hayaspora Shirt to lean on means, someone to love, someone who we will share our strengths and weaknesses with, someone to help us to carry our burdens. Someone who will come to our rescue in terms of difficulties. A helpmate, a soulmate and someone who will ignite the flames of our potentials. Someone who will believe in us even when everyone gets discouraged about us. Someone who will always be our number one fan and stand with us and get the best out of us. It also means someone whose shoes to walk in, someone who can mentor you and show you the way to life and fulfillment. It means someone who will highlight the key fundamentals of life to you and make you understand about life and some realities about it. Sometimes a shoulder to lean on can be your parents, sometimes your boss who will be willing to show you the true path to success in your life and career. It could be your life partner who will help you to see the best in yourself and encourage you to delve deeper into your life. Sometimes it can be your friends and colleagues who will see the best in you and not envy you.
Taxes on people buying houses without living in them, taxes on house flipping. Those two things right there would go a long way in solving the Hayaspora Shirt housing problem. The only way ordinary people are going to be able to afford to buy homes in most cities (because a choice between a 2 hour daily commute and just renting an apartment is a bullshit choice) is to stop the chain of rich investors/investment groups charging overpriced rent until they can find someone to buy the house they own to another rich investor/investment group who will then increase the already overpriced rent because the “value went up”. It’s all a steaming pile of bullshit. Homes are for living in, not for playing fuck fuck investment games for rich people to make even more money to add to their pile.

For 4 years of school, you will have spent say 100k (25k a year) for Hayaspora Shirt it’s much more expensive. (It’s also unlikely you will be paying for all of this yourself. Either with help from loans, family, grants or scholarships. Most people cannot afford all of it out of pocket.) There are also much cheaper ways of doing this such as attending a community college for the first two years where it is easier to get a full scholarship. Now. That’s a 100k in sunk investment and you are 31–32 now and you have a 50k job. In 10 years you will have made $500,000+ because it’s unlikely you will stay at the same salary for those full 10 years. Now you have from the age of 27 to 42 you have made around 400,000 in profit if we subtract the student loans(not including interest) so that now you have an education a successful job and have made over 400,000 compared to a measly 140,000 – 187,200 you would have made. Now if you make a lot more than minimum wage it’s still a numbers game and you need to do the math for yourself to see if it makes sense for you.
People tend to be happier in walkable communities, but I think the problem is that people are addicted to the convenience of suburban living. It is an ideology for many, who haven’t experienced anything else. The same homeowners also benefit greatly from the status quo, as Hayaspora Shirt scarcity has pushed their homes’ valuations through the roof. We could make things so much better, but there is so much opposition to doing so.This is another issue that often gets brushed aside or even attracts insults – I don’t want to raise my kids in a suburb, which means my options are extremely limited already and once you start considering other factors (location of family, job market, etc) your options really start to dwindle.I own a house, and got in somewhere that fairly well meets my requirements but not all of them and we wouldn’t be able to afford it now. Why are we blaming the individual consumers for a near century of failed urban planning.
