That’s a lot of Gnocchi shirt garlic for the pesto I should know I made pesto I used to much garlic and it was to much garlic and the pesto was Overwhelmed with garlic and I love garlic! Two cloves for this amount I would use for me. I would purée the pinenuts together with the garlic etc.

I make gnocchi all the time! I l love Gnocchi shirt. My Mother always made them. She was born in Italy. Calabria. She( Rosemarie) came there when she was 6. Born 1915.When you made these how much of the flour did you use? Was it the whole two cups? It looked like you only used about a cup. I’m gonna make these for my mom.
